This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance presence in the designated territory;
• Engage with existing and prospective partners to deliver system training;
• Onboard new partners (corporate clients) and offer comprehensive training on our system;
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with new partners;
• Prepare, execute, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including managing necessary documentation and technical setup;
• Manage accounts until the first purchase is completed;
• Allocate around 50% of your working hours to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• Conduct market and competitive analysis;
• Provide regular, thorough reporting via CRM and internal systems.
• Relevant Experience. At least 3 years (depending on specific requirements) of proven success in sales management or business development for B2B companies within the travel sector.
• Market Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of the travel market in the region, particularly regarding B2B corporate clients.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting platforms, such as HubSpot and Apollo.
• Language Proficiency. Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Travel Requirements. Up to 50% of travel time may be necessary.
• Analytical Skills. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-focused, and proficient with numbers.
• Personal Attributes. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, enthusiastic about innovative technology, adaptable to a rapidly changing business landscape, and a team player.
