This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop and enhance a robust presence within the designated sales territory
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers
β’ Achieve and surpass assigned quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)
β’ Evaluate and manage channel expenditures to align with budgetary constraints
β’ 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, specifically in channel sales management (representative groups, distributors, accounts) within the Access Control sector
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience
β’ Outstanding skills in negotiation, motivation, relationship-building, and client service
β’ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in sales reporting using CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office applications
β’ Access to technical support
β’ Continuing Education Unit (CEU) training for industry partners
β’ Assistance for wounded veterans through the Gary Sinise Foundation R.I.S.E. program
