This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee marketing partnerships throughout Africa & LATAM.
• Enhance the performance of WhatsApp, SMS, and email channels (focusing on delivery, open rates, CTR, and costs).
• Ensure alignment of communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to localize messaging, creatives, and campaigns for each market.
• Plan and monitor regional activations and partnerships, including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
• Evaluate ROI and performance across both owned and partner channels.
• Onboard new communication channel partners and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners to optimize costs.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in growth, communications, or partnerships.
• Practical experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven experience working across diverse regions and cultures.
• Willingness to travel for local activations and market research in both established and emerging markets.
• Strong data-driven mindset and focus on execution.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
