This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies aimed at large commercial clients, prominent accounts, and Fortune 500 organizations.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships at the executive level with senior decision-makers, enhancing strategic account value and trust.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business ventures, including RFPs, RFIs, significant partnerships, and multi-year high-value agreements.
• Lead advanced negotiations and establish national account agreements, including master service agreements and memorandums of understanding.
• Serve as a senior advisor for major construction initiatives, delivering customized solutions that align with Nexii's products, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Track industry trends, market changes, and competitive actions to guide and enhance strategic planning and revenue growth efforts.
• Create, propose, and implement high-profile relationship programs that further Nexii’s long-term strategic objectives.
• Present business reviews, trend analyses, revenue forecasts, and relationship-focused reports to aid leadership in decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—design, project management, operations, and technology partnerships—to ensure alignment and exceptional project execution.
• Manage critical internal and external relationships to guarantee a superior and consistent client experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster team development and enhance future organizational capabilities.
• Plan, direct, and communicate strategies efficiently across internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Create proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and obtain consensus on terms and deliverables throughout all stages of partnership development.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the construction or building materials sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials procurement, and sustainable building practices.
• Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks (e.g., LEED).
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.
