This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and engage new partners and distributors for the AEG PS standard UPS product line within the designated territory.
• Establish new sales channels through e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and nurture productive relationships with prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for newly established sales channels in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly focusing on the German market.
• Establish a permanent market presence for AEG PS in the Data & IT sector, collaborating closely with IT wholesalers and system integrators.
• Discover and implement new sales channels for commercial and compact UPS systems within the building infrastructure, transportation, and manufacturing industries.
• Analyze potential new market segments to formulate a sales plan that ensures future growth within the territory.
• Continuously monitor the market and analyze trends to support the company's competitive market strategy.
• Define and implement sales strategies while maintaining relevant information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to provide current market information and assist in the development of new products.
• Work in tandem with the AEG PS Service team to ensure proper service support and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously explore new solution concepts with distributors, end-users, and system integrators to bolster AEG PS's competitiveness in the market.
• Represent the company to clients, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments; participate in acceptance testing (FAT or SAT).
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineering to prepare tailored quotations and supply necessary information for competitive solution offerings.
• Work with the Service team to prepare and promote competitive service offerings that support sales growth for the compact UPS business.
• Collaborate with other sales managers to support company initiatives across various projects.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, customer events, and project reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with additional studies in Sales Management.
• Over 5 years of sales experience within the UPS industry.
• Understanding of commercial and contract law, including project order specifications.
• Expertise in contract negotiation.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to cover the entire territory.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, CRM, and ERP/SAP systems is advantageous.
