This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities within the nucleic acid therapeutics sector.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to identify promising leads.
• Position Axolabs as a premier, multi-site CRO/CDMO to boost market presence.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
• Propel business expansion through a systematic sales approach and strategic negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; additional business credentials are advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industries.
• Strong comprehension of drug development processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in external communications with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at managing complex sales cycles (additional languages are a plus).
