This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead customer discovery initiatives, conduct presentations, and establish technical positioning for CMS solutions.
• Assist partners and sales teams by providing product knowledge, understanding competitive context, and developing deal strategies.
• Build and maintain trust with end users, consultants, and systems integrators.
• Engage in customer demonstrations, onsite visits, and trade shows.
• Support presales scoping to ensure that solutions align with real-world workflows.
• Set clear expectations with customers and partners before project handoff.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately before being handed over to Project Management.
• Collaborate with Services and Product teams to facilitate successful installations.
• Collect structured feedback from customers and partners in the field.
• Share insights with Product Management to inform the roadmap, positioning, and enablement efforts.
• Promote the adoption of CMS platforms.
• Support both direct and indirect sales efforts in line with regional strategies.
• Identify new opportunities through customer engagement, demonstrations, and partner activities.
• Drive CMS bookings and foster pipeline growth within the designated EMEA territory.
• Actively participate in BDM, Sales, and CMS team meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing on regional content requirements and customer references.
• Follow through on internal commitments with consistency and accountability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or broadcast technology.
• Proven experience supporting complex, solution-oriented sales cycles.
• Familiarity with broadcast workflows, studio environments, or automation systems.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region.
• Experience with robotics, camera systems, or studio automation.
• Background in working with systems integrators or channel partners.
• Comfort in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Reliable support for forecasting and clear internal communication.
