Business Development Manager – Bilingual French/German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You will be located in Suisse Romande, responsible for expanding the market in the region and managing projects independently from acquisition to commissioning.

• Build a client portfolio within Suisse Romande.

• Acquire new clients from property management firms, property owners, the retail sector, and public authorities.

• Assess client requirements and create customized parking management solutions.

• Draft proposals and conduct presentations.

• Lead contract negotiations until finalization.

• Plan and execute sold projects.

• Oversee installations (including signage, parking meters, camera systems, etc.).

• Ensure effective collaboration with suppliers and technical partners.

• Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage the transition to operational teams for ongoing operations.

• Collaborate closely with the Zurich headquarters and be guided by clearly defined performance indicators (KPIs).

• Proven experience in sales and/or project management.

• Preferably from the real estate, construction, or technical fields.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.

• A hands-on approach and a well-organized working style.

• Exceptional negotiation and contract-closing abilities with strong persuasive skills.

• Proficient in both oral and written French and German is essential.

• Residing in Suisse Romande.

• A valid driver’s license (Category B).
