Business Development Manager – BDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Seeking New Opportunities: Actively prospecting through both self-generated and company-supplied leads to establish connections with potential clients.

• Customizing Solutions: Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and provide tailored digital marketing strategies.

• Finalizing Sales: Present, negotiate, and finalize agreements with both new and existing clients to enhance revenue growth.

• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships, ensuring a smooth customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months following the sale.

• Analytical Insights: Perform thorough analyses to discover growth opportunities, enhancing client ROI and supporting long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated history of achievement in sales (Field Sales or High-Performing Telesales)

• Strong skills in building relationships and negotiating effectively

• Resilience and a constructive attitude when dealing with objections

• Outstanding presentation abilities—both verbal and written

• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (preferred but not mandatory)

• A valid UK driving license is necessary, with no more than 6 penalty points
