Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and finalize partnerships with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem participants, and various stakeholders to enhance Sunrise adoption.

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, facilitating the adoption and integration of our solutions and services.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support launches and align go-to-market strategies with client requirements.

• Examine market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to discover growth opportunities and refine strategies.

• Create, manage, and implement a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closures.

• Work in close coordination with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and achieve successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles within the blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS sectors, with a proven history of closing significant partnerships.

• Profound knowledge of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions.

• Strong capability to extract actionable insights from data and leverage them to inform strategy and decision-making.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts clearly and effectively to varied audiences.

• A proactive self-starter who recognizes opportunities, takes initiative, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value partnerships.

• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and in a remote-first work setting.
