This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop relationships with key business leaders to identify critical growth areas and foster new business development.
• Analyze customer preferences to effectively direct sales initiatives.
• Engage with prospective customers to comprehend their needs; identify and recommend equipment, products, or services that fulfill those needs.
• Gain expertise in Wavelynx’s products and services to inform the market about solutions and clearly convey the Wavelynx value proposition.
• Collaborate with customers to customize solutions utilizing Wavelynx products.
• Review and evaluate sales and operational records and reports; leverage data to forecast sales, assess profitability and targets, and recognize potential new markets.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish sales quotas and strategies.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent sales leadership experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is necessary, with a preference for experience in access control, the security industry, or SaaS sales.
• Previous experience in establishing a sales function for a product line is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills, along with proven negotiation capabilities.
• Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
