Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Participate in conferences and conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and via teleconferences, in clinical, performance, and tactical environments.

• Organize and manage product trials, cultivate new leads, and seek out new opportunities for VALD.

• Utilize your industry knowledge and product expertise to illustrate how our clients can maximize the benefits of our systems to enhance their business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a clinical or allied health environment, such as a physiotherapist/physical therapist or a comparable position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across various platforms, including team calls, face-to-face interactions, and sales pipeline documentation.

• Comfort in targeting and approaching new clients.

• Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and represent VALD at industry conferences and events.

• Confidence to effectively demonstrate VALD systems and convey product and industry knowledge to clients.

• Self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for achieving sales objectives.

• A passion for working with and nurturing existing distributor relationships.

• Prior experience with CRMs and the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.

• Proficiency in both Serbian and English (please submit your application in English).
