This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and manage a specified sales territory within the performance and health sectors.
• Proactively develop a sales pipeline through outbound outreach and marketing-driven inbound leads.
• Perform both in-person and virtual product demonstrations while supervising client trials.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Client Success teams to handle full-cycle sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets based on the volume of systems sold.
• Effectively track pipeline activities using CRM software (experience with HubSpot is advantageous).
• Represent VALD in a professional manner at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
• A background in allied health or performance (such as PT, ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or related fields).
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing.
• Comfortable with cold outreach methods (including drop-ins, calls, and emails).
• Confident in engaging with professionals across all levels, from students to executives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred) and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Previous field sales experience is considered only if it aligns with a clinical background and involves subscription-based sales models.
