📋 Description

• Identify, initiate, and finalize strategic partnerships with projects operating within the ecosystem partner networks.

• Act as the main relationship manager between Trust Wallet and essential ecosystem partner stakeholders, including DeFi projects, DeFi protocols, and network validators.

• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to co-create ecosystem campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies.

• Represent Trust Wallet at events associated with ecosystem partners.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with ecosystem partner companies to enhance Trust Wallet integrations and adoption.

• Proactively seek out integration opportunities throughout the ecosystem partner investment portfolio.

• Monitor partner companies' roadmaps and identify early-stage partnership opportunities prior to market entry.

• Develop and implement business development strategies targeting designated regional crypto communities.

• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, community leaders, media outlets, and regional exchanges.

• Identify and onboard DeFi protocols, projects, and Web3 communities onto Trust Wallet.

• Collaborate with marketing on social media initiatives to support the business development pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem development within the crypto/Web3 sector.

• Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value deals that contribute to user and revenue growth.

• Established network within the Web3 ecosystem, encompassing dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, and venture capitalists.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of crypto culture, community dynamics, and the media landscape in the relevant regions.

• Strong commercial acumen — capable of structuring deals, negotiating terms, and independently closing partnerships.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.

• Advanced strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

• Creative and resourceful mindset to develop innovative business models and explore new avenues for growth.
