This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Proactively develop and oversee a high-quality sales pipeline by utilizing a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, events, and managing inbound leads.
• Drive growth within the Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) market by establishing commercial partnerships with operators, leisure centers, and multi-site partners.
• Present compelling business opportunities that highlight the Tribute Brands models, educating prospects and guiding them through each phase of the franchise discovery process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Identify potential financial and operational risks associated with opportunities, advising on funding structures and solutions while collaborating closely with prospects, internal stakeholders, and external partners as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with property brokers and franchisees to pinpoint and evaluate prospective real estate locations.
• Keep CRM data current and deliver timely reports on the sales pipeline weekly, monthly, and tri-annually.
• Attend trade shows, franchise expos, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
• Demonstrated success in franchise sales, with experience in the fitness industry considered an advantage.
• Strong connections with entrepreneurs, investors, or potential business partners.
• In-depth knowledge of business plans, investment presentations, commercial evaluations, and franchise frameworks (including contract terms and disclosure processes).
• Proven experience in managing lengthy sales cycles and navigating consultative sales processes.
• Confidence in discussing financial matters and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
