This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivating robust relationships with broker members and insurance partners to foster growth and engagement.
• Recognizing and developing business opportunities that add value for both members and partners.
• Serving as a reliable point of contact, offering support, guidance, and effective solutions.
• Advocating for the network's offerings, services, and business opportunities to assist members in achieving success.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance member retention, development, and generate new business.
• Participating in meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen connections and broaden your portfolio.
• Contributing to initiatives aimed at business improvement while supporting broader strategic projects.
• Experience in insurance, preferably in broking, underwriting, account management, or business development.
• A solid understanding of the insurance sector and broker distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the capability to identify and cultivate growth opportunities.
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel, as the role is field-based and includes a car allowance.
• Desirable: CII qualifications (or in the process of obtaining) and experience with broker management systems and management information tools.
