• Commercialization of new products

• Plan and manage the launch of new products across multiple strategic business units of SBD

• Lead and implement a detailed marketing and development plan tailored to specific segments

• Enhance product demand and sales by identifying and addressing customer issues

• Accountable for educating and informing the sales team about new products

• Formulate marketing vision, strategies, and tactical approaches.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering

• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related domain

• Capability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels

• Proficient in assembling and aligning a team with the overarching strategic objectives

• Competence in working alongside the relevant internal team members.
