Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients

• Interpret engineering specifications and conduct take-offs

• Create sales quotations and cultivate customer relationships

• Discover cost reduction opportunities

• Negotiate terms with company suppliers

• Prepare cost assessments and develop proposals for VFD and Motor Control solutions

• Deliver outstanding customer service

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Variable Frequency Drive technology

• Proficiency in soft-start technology

• Experience with Medium Voltage VFDs and soft-starts is an advantage

• Capability to establish industry partnerships

• Ability to offer technical training and support

• Familiarity with bid specifications and electronic drawings
