This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Client acquisition - Generate new opportunities and enhance sales with existing customers. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from outreach to demonstrations and closing deals.
• Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives while ensuring all sales are finalized promptly.
• Presentation and negotiation – Create precise quotes and craft proposals to present to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as needed, balancing optimal service and value for clients alongside SiteMinder's profit margins.
• CRM maintenance – Keep accurate records of your business development efforts within SiteMinder's CRM system.
• Client feedback – Relay client feedback on products to the Product Team to facilitate product reviews in accordance with the feedback received.
• Partner management – Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend significant functions and events, which may involve occasional travel to client locations for meetings with relevant managers.
• Experience in new business acquisition, ideally within the SaaS (software-as-a-service) industry, overseeing the complete sales cycle.
• A background in the industry is advantageous (hotel tech, OTA, revenue management).
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a commitment to showing up each day and performing at your best.
