This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead initiatives for acquiring new customers and driving revenue expansion.
• Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals focused on new business development.
• Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales performance.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in new business acquisition.
• Proven success in closing deals and promoting growth.
• Experience in leadership roles within sales teams.
• Strong capabilities in pipeline management and sales discipline.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are advantageous).
• High willingness to travel, potentially up to ~60% depending on the region or customer footprint.
