This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Meet monthly and annual objectives for designated Sales Partners, including quotes, submitted orders, net billings, gross commissions, and gross profits.
• Proactively manage and enhance revenue streams for assigned Sales Partners.
• Actively promote services to assigned Sales Partners while establishing and nurturing relationships with them.
• Engage the existing base of "core" sales partners to maximize revenue performance.
• Onboard new sales partners and guide them through their second year to meet targets.
• Support the assigned base in achieving compliance.
• Encourage attendance at events and represent the company at regional gatherings.
• Generate new sales revenues from our expanded services portfolio.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assist assigned Sales Partners in resolving issues and escalated concerns.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to build rapport with assigned Sales Partners through empathetic listening, a positive demeanor, and a results-driven methodology that fosters sales growth.
• Provide insights to the Director/VP of Partner Sales regarding gaps in the supplier portfolio.
• Travel as needed to cultivate relationships with Sales Partners and Suppliers.
• Participate in company and team meetings, along with onsite and offsite supplier training sessions and events.
• Undertake additional tasks and special projects as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience and understanding of telecom products, UCaaS, and cloud computing.
• Previous experience in technology or telecommunications sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Flourishes in a fast-paced environment characterized by accountability, commitment, and efficiency.
• Experience with indirect channel sales organizations is a plus.
• Competence in computer usage, internet navigation, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being able to work independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing, and editorial skills.
