This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects that align with the objectives of the company.
• Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
• Design and present compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
• Perform market research to recognize trends and guide business strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and conditions with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost product visibility and market effectiveness.
• Track and report on sales performance and monitor market competitors.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products industries.
• Strong skills in negotiation and presentation.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• A strong work ethic with a focus on achieving results and accountability.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and innovation.
• Base Salary: AUD $85,000 – $95,000
• OTE: AUD $130,000 – $150,000
• Commission: 3% on revenue from new accounts opened
• New Door Bonus: AUD $800 per new retail/pharmacy listing secured
• Annual Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary based on the achievement of annual targets
