This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct client meetings (either in-person or virtually) to assess business needs and effectively position our staffing services.
• Create proposals and negotiate commercial terms in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to guarantee timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships to promote repeat business.
• Monitor the sales pipeline via CRM and report on progress against sales KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor activities, and legislative changes affecting the staffing industry in Italy.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services sector.
• Strong understanding of Italian labor laws and staffing frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in selling to mid-sized and large enterprises in manufacturing, logistics, or IT sectors.
• Familiarity with Staffing, RPO, and international staffing solutions.
• An existing portfolio of client contacts or an industry network is a significant advantage.
