This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the US sales territory to optimize sales opportunities and enhance revenue growth.
• Foster new business acquisitions while simultaneously expanding within current accounts.
• Identify and focus on new prospects, addressing the business needs and motivations of targeted organizations.
• Successfully acquire new projects and clients for RWS Group, with a strong emphasis on obtaining new logos.
• Boost penetration of existing clients to broaden sales opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, social selling, and networking efforts.
• Manage and nurture reseller partnerships throughout the US territory.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads through digital content and targeted campaigns.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations with assistance from product specialists.
• Oversee RFI/RFP processes, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Cultivate strong relationships within the language technology and SaaS community.
• Engage in events, webinars, and industry activities.
• Continuously enhance expertise in sales methodologies and language technology solutions (Trados, Language Weaver).
• Partner with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, pre-sales) to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Provide market insights and feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly within language technology or SaaS/software sectors.
• Strong hunting mentality with a proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation.
• Results-driven with a commitment to securing new business and surpassing competitors.
• Experience managing complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Ability to build and convert a sales pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately.
• Comprehensive understanding of solution/value-based selling techniques.
• Previous experience working with or managing resellers/channel partners is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to navigate complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy, drive, and resilience.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with social selling and digital prospecting tools (such as LinkedIn).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and markets.
• Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Background in the language technology or localization industry is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Spanish (particularly advantageous for the US market) is a plus.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Typically, 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong enthusiasm for ongoing professional and sales development.
