This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Plans, implements, and drives sales initiatives for the designated channel across all brands within the division.
• Targets and oversees daily operations in OEMs, system integrators, distributors, alternative channels, contractors, specifiers, and end-users to ensure effective and efficient performance that propels business growth.
• Enhances market share and supports all assigned marketing campaigns for the sales organization.
• Manages daily sales operations, including independent sales representatives, to ensure effective and efficient performance aimed at increasing market share by maximizing the use of all assigned sales resources.
• Develops and nurtures strong relationships with both existing and potential stakeholders within the electrical industry.
• Acquires a thorough understanding of our technical products and effectively conveys their advantages and applications to both new and existing stakeholders.
• Leads the formulation and execution of sales strategies to meet conversion goals and stimulate demand creation.
• Oversees all stages of conversions from initial interest to completion, ensuring product satisfaction and compliance with all requirements.
• Conducts in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations customized to the needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborates closely with other departments, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure unified support for conversion initiatives.
• Analyzes market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
• Utilizes Customer Relationship Management tools to monitor stakeholder interactions, sales activities, and their statuses.
• Engages in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to cultivate a strong network and remain updated on industry advancements.
• Strong ability to comprehend and articulate technical product knowledge.
