This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for driving growth in new business through direct revenue generation and effective team leadership.

• Oversees the Market Development team in implementing a structured sales framework.

• Accountable for enhancing pipeline diversity and boosting contributions from controllable revenue generation strategies.

• Manages a team of Market Development Managers.

• Directly contributes to revenue generation in markets with a high volume of cold outreach.

• Ensures impactful leadership in new business conversion processes.

• Prioritizes the establishment of partnerships that align with the organization's mission.

• Sets performance expectations, standards for pipeline management, and accountability measures for sales.

• Collaborates across departments to enhance strategies for partnership conversion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 4 years in sales or fundraising, emphasizing new business development.

• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in outbound (cold) pipeline development and revenue generation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.

• Experience in managing pipeline, conversion metrics, and sales performance.

• **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• Professionally trained in consultative sales methodologies.

• Background in nonprofit fundraising or corporate partnerships.

• Experience in scaling outbound sales strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
