This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive strategic initiatives that propel the growth, performance, and long-term success of Realtor and joint venture collaborations.
• Partner with One Real Title leadership to formulate and implement client-specific business plans that encompass defined objectives, growth strategies, and quantifiable key performance indicators.
• Create new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with Realtors, real estate teams, and joint venture partners through outbound outreach, virtual connections, and face-to-face meetings and events.
• Evaluate potential opportunities, understand client needs, and transform leads into long-lasting, trusted partnerships through a consultative sales approach.
• Regularly achieve or surpass individual sales targets by maintaining disciplined daily activities, managing relationships, and ensuring follow-through.
• Keep precise and timely records of activities, pipeline, and outcomes within the CRM to guarantee transparency, accountability, and progress towards revenue goals.
• Represent the company at networking events, office visits, and industry gatherings to enhance market visibility and broaden referral possibilities.
• Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends, regulatory standards, and title and escrow products to effectively advise clients and support informed business decisions.
• A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or roles focused on partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• A strategic, results-driven mindset capable of identifying growth opportunities, crafting collaborative solutions, and executing to measurable results.
• Demonstrated success in B2B or enterprise sales, encompassing new client acquisition and the growth of long-term, repeat business; experience in title and escrow services is highly preferred.
• Ability to create and present persuasive product and solution-based presentations tailored to the needs of clients and partners.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, employing a consultative approach to negotiation and relationship development.
• Proficient in CRM and productivity tools, including platforms such as HubSpot, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), OpenPhone, and Qualia or similar title and escrow systems.
• Experience within joint venture frameworks or strategic partnership models is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered in place of a degree.
