This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Design and execute sales initiatives to meet targets, driving growth and increasing market presence in the designated territory;
• Onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and deliver comprehensive training on our system;
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing partners;
• Manage accounts within a designated portfolio, providing first-level support;
• Engage with current partners to offer system training and explore opportunities to enhance collaboration;
• Prepare, implement, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including necessary documentation and technical setup;
• Monitor adherence to commercial terms by partners, ensuring proper management of payment processes;
• Allocate approximately 50% of your working hours to business travel, which includes client meetings, industry events, and other professional engagements;
• Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis;
• Deliver regular, detailed reports through CRM and internal systems;
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• Relevant Experience. A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in the entire sales lifecycle, focusing on business development and account management for B2B companies within the travel sector;
• Market Knowledge. Familiarity with the travel market in the region, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• Language Skills. Proficient in English;
• Location: United Arab Emirates, preferably based in Dubai;
• Travel Requirements. Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time;
• A car is essential for business travel;
• Analytical Skills. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient in numbers, Excel, and dashboards;
• Personal Attributes. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-driven, enthusiastic about innovative technology, adaptable to a dynamic business environment, and a team player;
• International Mindset. Capability to engage and collaborate across diverse cultural contexts, mirroring ETG’s global footprint;
• Experience with API technology agreements is an advantage.
