This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and execute sales strategies, meet sales objectives, foster growth, and enhance market presence in the designated area.
• Acquire new partners, such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Offer comprehensive training on the system to partners.
• Establish and sustain enduring relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of partners, providing first-level support.
• Follow up with current partners to deliver system training and enhance collaboration.
• Prepare, implement, and manage commercial agreements, required documentation, and technical setups.
• Ensure partners adhere to commercial terms, including payment processes.
• Allocate roughly 50% of working hours to business trips, client meetings, industry events, and other work-related activities.
• Conduct analysis of the market and competitive landscape.
• Provide regular detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems.
• Initiate API agreements with potential and current partners.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven full sales lifecycle experience in the travel industry.
• Experience concentrating on business development and B2B account management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the regional travel market and B2B travel networks.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness and capability to travel; up to 50% travel time may be necessary.
• Data-oriented, metrics-driven decision-making ability with strong numerical skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, and adept with innovative technology in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Capability to operate across diverse cultural settings.
• Experience with API technology agreements is a plus.
