This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Design and execute sales initiatives, meet sales objectives, foster growth, and enhance presence within the designated territory.
• Acquire new partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management firms, and OTAs, while providing training on the system.
• Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Oversee an assigned partner portfolio, offering first-level support.
• Follow up with current partners to deliver system training and enhance collaboration.
• Prepare, implement, and manage commercial agreements, including documentation and technical setup.
• Ensure partners adhere to commercial agreements, including overseeing payment processes.
• Allocate around 50% of work time for business travel, which includes client meetings and industry events.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Provide regular, detailed reporting via CRM and internal systems.
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• At least 3 years of proven full sales life-cycle experience in the travel industry.
• Emphasis on business development and account management for B2B companies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the region's travel market and B2B travel networks.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time may be necessary.
• Data-driven and metrics-oriented decision-making abilities with strong numerical skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technology and adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to navigate and work within diverse cultural contexts.
• Experience with API technology agreements is an advantage.
