This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and enhance presence within the designated territory;
• Onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and deliver comprehensive training on our system;
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing partners;
• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, providing first-level support;
• Follow up with current partners to deliver system training and identify opportunities for improved collaboration;
• Prepare, implement, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including managing necessary documentation and technical setup;
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms by partners, including monitoring payment processes;
• Allocate approximately 50% of your work time to business travel, which includes client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• Conduct analysis of market trends and competitive landscape;
• Provide regular, detailed reports through CRM and internal systems;
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• Relevant Experience. A minimum of 2 years of proven success in the complete sales life cycle within the travel sector, particularly in business development and account management for B2B companies;
• Market Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of the travel market in the region, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• Language Proficiency. Fluency in English is required;
• Travel Requirements. Up to 50% travel may be necessary;
• Analytical Skills. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numbers;
• Personal Attributes. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an enthusiasm for innovative technology and adaptability to a fast-paced business environment, and a team player;
• International Perspective. Ability to understand and operate across various cultural contexts, reflecting ETG’s global footprint;
• Familiarity with API technology deals is advantageous.
