Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the active promotion of the Milestone One brand.

• Acquire new clinics and establish a site network.

• Manage Clinical Trials from vendor selection to site contracting.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations team, site personnel, and external CRO partners.

• Identify and recruit new clinical trial sites for the Milestone One network.

• Enhance Milestone One’s brand visibility and attract new clients by organizing and attending industry events.

• Develop and maintain a network for patient referrals.

• Define strategy and manage communication with sites and Sponsors.

• Oversee site management from identification to contract finalization.

• Lead the processes of site identification, evaluation, selection, and oversight.

• Implement development plans for clinical sites.

• Collect and review feedback from sites through evaluation reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences.

• Business Management Certificate or Diploma is advantageous.

• ICH GCP training.

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a clinical setting.

• Fluent in the local language, with at least a C1 level proficiency in English.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• A valid category B driver’s license.
