This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop and oversee essential strategic accounts.
• Attain and uphold expert knowledge of the company's technology and product offerings (comprehensive training provided).
• Examine market trends to enhance business models and proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
• Actively research, assess, and secure tenders for significant sports and entertainment events across Serbia.
• Create and foster strong, collaborative relationships with all relevant governmental and regulatory agencies.
• Establish and sustain excellent, mutually advantageous relationships with venue operators throughout Serbia.
• Strategically participate in high-profile, large-scale events to maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Provide inspiring leadership, ongoing monitoring, and strategic planning for sales teams to consistently surpass future sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team.
• Extensive experience in the event industry in Serbia.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and readiness to accommodate varying work hours as dictated by business needs.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to cultivate and maintain vital client partnerships.
• Demonstrated capability to create sales budgets and effectively monitor and analyze team performance against objectives.
