This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate and implement a business development strategy centered on Microsoft solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Microsoft field sales, partner development managers, and channel partners.
• Discover, qualify, and finalize co-sell opportunities in partnership with Microsoft and New Charter account teams.
• Present New Charter's Microsoft-aligned offerings, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and security solutions, to both potential and current clients.
• Monitor partner incentives, Market Development Funds (MDF), and rebate programs to optimize NCT's benefits from the Microsoft partnership.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create partner-oriented content, campaigns, and events.
• Represent New Charter at Microsoft partner events, summits, and industry conferences.
• Keep precise pipeline data and partner activity records in the CRM.
• Provide reports on partner revenue, pipeline health, and co-sell metrics to leadership.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Over 4 years of experience in technology sales, channel sales, or partner management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft partner network.
• Proven track record of managing and increasing channel or partner revenue.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Microsoft Security solutions is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and data-driven pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
