This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify potential corporate partnership prospects within the Fortune 1000 for National University.
• Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships to meet partnership development and enrollment goals.
• Serve as the primary contact and account manager for a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Oversee corporate contracts, vendor agreements, invoices, documentation, and compliance matters.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, in-person meetings, direct mail, and networking events.
• Plan and manage recruitment initiatives such as webinars, sponsorships, advertising, education fairs, trade shows, conferences, open houses, and meetings for prospective students.
• Evaluate business operations to highlight opportunities and identify obstacles from inquiry to admission.
• Provide responsive support to internal clients, external partners, and corporate personnel while ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Conduct research on prospective clients and prioritize target organizations and initiatives.
• Utilize both traditional and innovative sales strategies to secure business.
• Create and implement partnership agreements and MOUs that stimulate student interest and admissions.
• Manage projects related to newsletters, presentations, website updates, links, flyers, advertising, and enrollment initiatives.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly lead-generation and enrollment targets.
• Travel within the assigned geographic area, with up to 50% dedicated to partnership cultivation and events.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least five years of experience in business development, operations, and relationship management with corporate leaders and academic professionals.
• Proven experience in developing and managing sales relationships with enterprise-level clients.
• Outstanding community relations and representation capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, strategic-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as corporate entities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable and ambitious goals.
• Capability to work independently on complex projects without requiring detailed instructions.
• Strong proficiency in computer and database management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to learn new software applications as necessary.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnic groups, lifestyles, and backgrounds.
• Frequent travel, up to 50%, is required.
• A Master’s degree, three years of experience in higher education, CRM experience, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
