This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and secure new logo opportunities across targeted sectors utilizing Microsoft Data and AI solutions.

• Lead consultative sales processes aimed at business transformation powered by Microsoft technologies, including Azure Data, AI, and analytics platforms.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Microsoft account teams, Partner Development Managers, and solution specialists to facilitate Co-Selling and achieve mutual success.

• Collaborate with Account Directors to pinpoint and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing customers to enhance the adoption of Microsoft solutions.

• Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to devise and implement targeted go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and solution offerings.

• Present compelling solution demonstrations to both business and technical audiences.

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, encompassing qualification, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and transition to delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in solution sales within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Strong comprehension of Microsoft commercial and Co-Sell motions, including direct interaction with Microsoft sellers and partner teams.

• Proven track record in selling Data and AI solutions (such as Azure Data Services, Azure Foundry, Purview, Fabric, OpenAI, Copilot, Power BI, Synapse, etc.).

• Demonstrated capability to acquire new business, especially with enterprise or larger SMC clients.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex business value propositions to both business and technical audiences.

• Strong coordination and collaboration skills – capable of working across technical, marketing, and delivery teams.

• Experience leading solution sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders from discovery to close.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Expert, Data & AI Fundamentals) - Desirable.

• Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and marketplace selling - Desirable.

• Knowledge of related technologies (AI Business Solutions, Dynamics 365, or M365 integrations) - Desirable.

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and transformation.
