• Oversee the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals—focused on high-value RF monitoring and geolocation systems aimed at US federal government, military, and commercial clients.
• Develop and sustain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in US federal agencies, defense acquisition offices, and commercial accounts.
• Keep precise and current sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans utilizing the company’s CRM to ensure visibility and predictability across a complex, multi-year sales cycle.
• Provide ongoing analysis of US defense and government procurement trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to guide CRFS’s domestic go-to-market strategy.
• Travel regularly throughout the United States to visit customer locations, participate in industry events, and engage with CRFS headquarters.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum Experience: 5–10+ years of demonstrated B2B enterprise or government sales experience, particularly in Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Electronic Warfare (EW) / Signal Intelligence (SIGINT); in-depth knowledge of US federal and defense procurement processes is crucial.
• Required Skills: Strong understanding of RF technology, spectrum management, or similar technical areas; proven capability to manage intricate, multi-year enterprise sales cycles; solid CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar); exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation skills at executive and government levels.
• Required Training / Certifications / Licenses: None mandatory; familiarity with US federal defense procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS) and ITAR/EAR export control regulations is highly preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Depending on customer needs, candidates may need to secure and maintain a US government security clearance (Secret or higher).
