This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales process—from initial prospecting and pipeline development to final closing—for premium RF monitoring and geolocation systems aimed at US federal government, military, and commercial clients.
• Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers within US federal agencies, defense acquisition offices, and commercial entities.
• Keep precise and current sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans utilizing the company’s CRM to ensure transparency and predictability throughout a complex, multi-year sales process.
• Offer continuous insights into US defense and government procurement trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to shape CRFS’s domestic go-to-market strategy.
• Regularly travel throughout the United States to meet with customers, participate in industry events, and connect with CRFS headquarters.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum Experience: 5–10+ years of demonstrated B2B enterprise or government sales experience, particularly in Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Electronic Warfare (EW) / Signal Intelligence (SIGINT); thorough understanding of US federal and defense procurement processes is crucial.
• Required Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of RF technology, spectrum management, or associated technical fields; established capability to navigate complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles; strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or a comparable system); exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities at executive and government levels.
• Required Training / Certifications / Licenses: No specific requirements; familiarity with US federal defense procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS) and ITAR/EAR export control regulations is highly preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Depending on customer needs, candidates may need to secure and maintain a US government security clearance (Secret or above).
