This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the growth of the emerging functional bars segment within Germany.

• Create impactful activation strategies and promotional pricing frameworks.

• Take charge of crafting and effectively executing the functional plan.

• Enhance and broaden Mondelēz International’s presence with designated customers.

• Design and implement selling initiatives related to category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional activities.

• Offer functional expertise both internally and externally regarding brand and category initiatives.

• Deliver regular reports and updates on performance metrics to senior management.

• Leverage data analytics and market insights to pinpoint trends and assess performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/MA Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong functional expertise, with comprehensive knowledge of the German retail landscape.

• Proven experience in the functional bar segment is a significant advantage.

• A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on actionable results.

• Strong analytical skills and business insight.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Established professional experience in commercial roles with expertise in developing commercial strategies and understanding marketing dynamics and processes.

• Demonstrated experience in the functional bars segment with a successful record in bars business development and market activation.

• Proven track record in the FMCG business landscape.

• Experience in international positions and remote teamwork.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
