• Create, execute, and oversee marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure the satisfaction of current referral sources while identifying future fleet-management requirements.
• Design marketing programs and strategies aimed at attracting potential referral sources.
• Identify and cultivate market areas to meet marketing and sales objectives.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients for fleet vehicles.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and transform them into sales opportunities.
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements.
• Perform market research and remain informed about industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations.
• Discuss fleet cycle and replacement strategies with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings with C-suite executives and deliver professional presentations.
• Work alongside Client Partnership Managers during the client onboarding process.
• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Must reside in Washington or Oregon.
• Experience in the Fleet Leasing Industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with fleet management practices and solutions.
• Proven success in sales and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
• Solid working knowledge and proficiency in executing the consultative selling process.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new fleet customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening capabilities.
• Ability to create compelling oral and written proposals.
• Results-oriented; highly innovative in delivering solutions.
• Capable of analyzing client issues and challenges.
• Effective organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads.
• Attention to detail in managing contracts, pricing, and client information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relationship Management technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
