This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the acquisition of new customers within the US market, focusing on key manufacturers and commercial operators in the Dairy and Food to Go sectors.

• Identify and pursue opportunities by building strategic partnerships, managing extended sales cycles, and converting potential leads into commercial collaborations.

• Propel new business development initiatives throughout the US market.

• Foster relationships across various stakeholder levels, including procurement, operations, manufacturing, and commercial leadership.

• Oversee intricate and consultative sales processes from initial prospecting to final closure.

• Generate pipeline activity through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted market engagement.

• Collaborate internally with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams to provide commercial solutions.

• Sustain momentum during prolonged sales cycles and production lead times.

• Formulate territory growth strategies and execute plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

• Demonstrated success in purely new business sales positions.

• Proven track record of acquiring and closing new accounts.

• Experience in high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments.

• Proficient in managing extended sales cycles and complex purchasing processes.

• Self-motivated individual with the capability to independently drive territory success.

• Highly driven by commission, growth, and commercial impact.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, food, or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
