This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead new business development initiatives throughout the US market.

• Identify, target, and secure new clients within the Dairy and/or Food to Go sectors.

• Cultivate relationships across various stakeholder levels, including procurement, operations, manufacturing, and commercial leadership.

• Oversee intricate and consultative sales processes from initial prospecting to final closure.

• Create pipeline activity through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic market engagement.

• Collaborate internally with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams to provide commercial solutions.

• Sustain momentum throughout lengthy sales cycles and production lead times.

• Formulate territory growth strategies and achieve ambitious revenue goals.

• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry gatherings, and trade shows.

• Demonstrated success in purely new business sales roles.

• Proven track record of acquiring and closing new accounts.

• Experience in high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments.

• Comfortable managing extended sales cycles and complex purchasing processes.

• Self-motivated with the ability to independently foster territory success.

• Highly driven by commission, growth, and commercial impact.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, food, or related sectors is advantageous but not required.
