• Formulate territory growth strategies and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry gatherings, and trade shows.
• Demonstrated success in purely new business sales roles.
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing new accounts.
• Experience in high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments.
• Comfortable managing extended sales cycles and complex purchasing processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently foster territory success.
• Highly driven by commission, growth, and commercial impact.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, food, or related sectors is advantageous but not required.
