This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete commercial execution and internal deal operations, facilitating contracts through alignment, approvals, signature, and handoff to delivery teams.
• Manage updates, amendments, renewals, and terminations of contracts while ensuring documentation quality, compliance, and input from cross-functional teams.
• Keep clear trackers, dashboards, and documentation to guarantee visibility, accountability, and timely execution.
• Ensure smooth launches by verifying that all commercial readiness requirements are fulfilled and effectively transitioned to technical and operational teams.
• Address and resolve post-launch commercial challenges (such as invoicing discrepancies and scope alignment) in collaboration with Finance and operations teams.
• Enhance and standardize onboarding and handoff processes to minimize friction and speed up delivery.
• Assist in developing strategies for growth initiatives that increase access, improve unit economics, and create new operational models.
• Perform structured opportunity assessments, including market sizing, operational feasibility, risk identification, and pilot design.
• Establish success metrics and aid in pilot execution planning with both regional and central stakeholders.
• Develop solid business and financial models to assess pricing, ROI, scenario analysis, and performance of new initiatives.
• Examine operational and commercial data to spot trends, diagnose problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and process enhancements, maintaining scalable templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in business development operations, commercial strategy, business operations, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Advanced analytical skills, with a comfort in working with datasets and translating analysis into actionable decisions.
• Proficient in business modeling and financial modeling (including ROI, unit economics, and scenario/sensitivity analysis).
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, with the capability to drive progress without formal authority.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities (including clear specifications, decision memos, trackers, and process documents).
• Experience in supporting integration-related launches or operational rollouts that involve multiple internal teams.
• Familiarity with mobility, marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations.
• Proven experience in improving contract/onboarding processes and operationalizing requirements across teams.
