Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Prospect and develop opportunities in sectors such as Gambling and Betting, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Automotive, and Real Estate.

• Research and analyze prospects, identifying needs, pain points, and key decision-making moments.

• Present commercial proposals and lead negotiation and closing processes using consultative sales methodologies.

• Manage the sales funnel, ensuring the progression of opportunities through each stage of the pipeline.

• Create and maintain updated account plans in the CRM.

• Build and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and strategic stakeholders in target industries.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs.

• Monitor commercial performance indicators and provide market insights for informed decision-making.

• Achieve the defined objectives for customer acquisition, activation, and expansion in the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment processing sectors.

• Educational background in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the Colombian financial ecosystem (acquiring, payment gateways, PSPs, reconciliation, or automation).

• Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies and advanced negotiation skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Desirable: diploma in B2B Consultative Sales or KAM, and basic knowledge of APIs or technological integrations.
