• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales tactics with company objectives and prevailing market trends.
• Build internal relationships with the account management team to secure a smooth transition of retailers to their designated account managers.
• Work alongside the account management team to facilitate the onboarding process for retailers.
• Track and assess market dynamics, competitor movements, and customer insights to uncover opportunities and challenges.
• Offer insights and suggestions to the leadership team to enhance Kafene’s product offerings and market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless support for newly signed retailers during their initial 90 days.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to enhance messaging, promotional content, and sales resources.
• You bring over 3 years of experience in B2B business development, particularly in an outside or field sales capacity.
• You have a demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals and driving notable revenue growth.
• You possess a solid understanding of retail operations and financing solutions, leveraging this expertise to foster success.
• You excel in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are self-driven, capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• You are adept in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient management of sales processes and communications.
• A valid driver's license is required, as this position entails regular travel to client locations.
• Base Salary: Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, with on-target earnings between $140,000 and $200,000.
