This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of identifying, prioritizing, and converting high-value opportunities.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and directly contribute to achieving revenue growth objectives.
• Influence cross-functional teams and enhance customer strategy.
• Fortify ITW Medical’s competitive edge in targeted market segments.
• Spearhead new business development initiatives within the medical device OEM sectors.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert new opportunities.
• Create and implement Key Account Plans (KAPs) for high-value target clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders in engineering, sourcing, quality, operations, and executive roles.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among engineering, quality, operations, and sales to secure new business.
• Convert voice-of-customer feedback into actionable strategies and innovative inputs.
• Assess market trends, competitive activities, and customer strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Assist in the formulation of 'How to Win' strategies and quantifiable value propositions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance sales playbooks and hunting methodologies.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing structures, and long-term partnerships with clients.
• Be prepared to travel up to 30–40% for customer engagement and collaboration.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (5+ years preferred).
• Background in the medical device, healthcare OEM, or related technical sectors.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion.
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with value-based selling and managing complex, lengthy sales cycles.
• Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
• High level of initiative, resilience, and capacity to thrive in uncertain environments.
• Vacation - up to 120 hours during the first year.
• Sick leave - up to 40 hours available in the first year.
• Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours during the first year.
• Holidays - 10 paid holidays each year, selected by the Division.
