This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities specifically with clients located in the United States.
• Concentrate on marketing software engineering and nearshore development services to companies based in the US.
• Cultivate long-lasting strategic relationships and enhance revenue growth within the North American market.
• Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle for US accounts, encompassing prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
• 4–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore, or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with US-based clients for software development services, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, or technology consulting projects.
• Strong comprehension of the US market, American business culture, and B2B sales methodologies.
• Existing network, portfolio, or proven track record of successful commercial relationships with companies in the United States.
• Experience in selling Software Engineering as a Service, custom software development, nearshore teams, or IT consulting services.
• Proven capability to independently create new business opportunities using outbound prospecting tactics, B2B lead databases, networking, and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent platforms targeting the US market.
• Ability to oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, solution positioning, proposal crafting, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Experience in communicating with both technical and executive stakeholders, including CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and Procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and technology service delivery models.
• Native-level or fully bilingual English communication skills are essential (both spoken and written).
