• Your designated territory includes five counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura.
• Identify and engage with the accounts that are most valuable to you. The choice is yours.
• Attend industry events such as IFMA, BOMA, and IREM, as well as targeted gatherings, to cultivate relationships that can evolve into business opportunities over time.
• Conduct in-person meetings arranged by our outbound and inside sales teams when a prospect requires face-to-face interaction.
• Collaborate with 20 to 25 of our premier existing accounts to strengthen those relationships.
• Act as the representative of iNX in this market, embodying the company's values.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development within facility services, commercial services, or another field-based setting where trust is essential to business success.
• A well-established network in Greater LA, or the ambition and capability to cultivate one.
• Current or aspirational involvement in IFMA, BOMA, IREM, or similar professional organizations.
• Ability to work independently. This position is remote and field-oriented with a broad territory. You are responsible for managing your schedule.
• A monthly auto stipend of $500, in addition to company-covered fuel expenses.
