This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and guide a team of BDRs to meet and surpass quarterly performance targets
• Foster accountability, consistency, and execution in all outbound sales initiatives
• Cultivate a culture centered on professionalism, urgency, responsiveness, and continuous growth
• Recognize and nurture top talent while proactively addressing underperformance
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans
• Ensure the team's outbound activity consistently meets expectations in calls, emails, follow-ups, and prospecting coverage
• Track daily outbound activity, engagement rates, talk time, and metrics related to pipeline generation
• Enhance conversion rates from:
• - Conversations → Meetings Scheduled
• - Meetings Scheduled → Meetings Completed
• - Meetings Completed → Proposal Opportunities
• Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, scripts, and outreach strategies informed by performance data
• Hold weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with each BDR
• Review recorded calls and offer structured coaching on qualification, objection handling, and conversion effectiveness
• Engage in live call blocks and real-time coaching sessions
• Support ongoing training in:
• - Industry knowledge
• - Product positioning
• - Sales messaging
• - AI tools and workflow enhancement
• Ensure the team utilizes the CRM accurately and promptly
• Uphold high standards for:
• - Activity logging
• - Notes and follow-up tracking
• - Deal hygiene
• - Lead routing and SLA compliance
• Analyze dashboards and reports to spot risks, trends, and opportunities early
• Maintain alignment with Account Executives and leadership regarding meeting quality and pipeline expectations
• Quota Metrics:
• 180 Team Intro Meetings Completed
• 120 Proposals Sent
• 70% of BDRs Achieving Individual Goal
• 3–7+ years of experience in sales leadership or BDR management
• Proven track record in leading outbound sales or SDR/BDR teams
• Strong grasp of the sales process, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and reporting
• Familiarity with HubSpot
• Experience in managing or coaching Business Development Representatives
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate services is advantageous.
