• Create and implement sales strategies to surpass targets

• Identify, qualify, and chase new business prospects

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients

• Conduct needs assessments and offer customized solutions

• Provide engaging presentations and product demonstrations

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions

• Keep an accurate record of the sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM system


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience in field sales, ideally within technology or industrial sectors

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Strong comprehension of complex sales cycles and solution-oriented selling

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Proficient with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
